How to order for different devices
Hey babe, we wanna make all of your decoden dreams come true. That’s why we love being able to offer our cases in a wide range of different devices. Whether you’re an android gal or apple through and through, we don’t judge. Simply select your device option in the drop down menu when choosing your product.

How do I order a custom option?
Got something you wanna say? Our phone, switch, iPad and Macbook cases can all be customised with your favourite quote, lyrics, or whatever else is going on inside that head of yours! Simply add your phrase to the order notes during checkout.
How do I look after my goods?
We know you want to keep your goodies looking fierce AF for as long as possible. Here are some top tips to keep them in tip top condition so you can stay sassy babe.
Phone Cases
Use a cotton bud and water to clean your case, making sure to get around all the beads and pearls.
Use a dry paintbrush to dust off any dirt or debris.
She may be strong, but she still needs a little TLC! Handle her gently and be mindful of bumps and drops.
Really wanna make those pearls gleam? Brush clear nail varnish over the larger pearls on your case to keep them shining bright!
Earrings
Some of our earrings are protected with a plastic covering to keep them in pristine condition before they arrive at your door. Make sure you peel this off before popping them on!
It’s best to store your earrings somewhere safe and away from direct sunlight to keep those colours poppin’!
Our earrings are the finishing touch to your outfit - best put on at the end of your routine after applying lotions, perfumes and other sprays.
Handle your earrings with tender love and care - avoid dropping or pulling to avoid any breakages!
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the date you place your order with Sorayraya, as standard there is one-two weeks processing time.
The reason for this time length is that every piece is handmade by the team, and we work hard to make sure your item is perfect before sending it to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been made, we will pop it in the post and you should receive a dispatch email. You will see an estimated delivery time on your order, but please me mindful this is an estimation.
It takes 2-5 working days maximum for delivery within the UK, and 10-14 working days for most other countries - but it can take up to six weeks. If live outside the UK there is only tracked shipping available and you will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.
If your goodies have not arrived by the time stated, please do not hesitate to get in contact with the team!
Why don’t I have a tracking number?
If you have chosen standard delivery at checkout, you will not be issued a tracking number.
Do you still run your Etsy store?
The Sorayrayaxo Etsy store is still open and running as usual, however a few items and releases will only be available here on sorayraya.com.
Do you still make custom cases?
Yes! However we have limited the range of custom cases we create due to the amount of time ordering in supplies and materials for different devices. Drop us a DM on instagram if you have an idea that needs to be made!
Why does my order have extra beads included?
Sorayraya works as hard as possible to ensure each handmade item made is crafted with care, and each design is strong and made to last.
However, we understand life and accidents happen, and beads may be knocked off. We have included these beads so should this happen, you have the materials needed to fix it!
