Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19 and high-demand in some products, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive from the day it leaves Sorayraya HQ.

Return Policies
Sometimes, things just don’t work out. And that’s okay! Here’s some information about our returns policies which might help with your next steps.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, we begin hand-making your Sorayraya goodies. However, if you’ve changed your mind about something, please get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll try our best to amend your order.
We do not accept cancellations.
Returns
Although we hope you absolutely love your product, we understand there may be times you need to return it to us.
If you are looking to return a product, please:
- Get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
- Dispatch your items back to Sorayraya HQ within 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
- Earrings
- Worn Clothing
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
